Roofing: new roofs and roof renovation
A new roof or a roof renovation costs from DKK 1,195 per m² incl. VAT. The price covers battens, underlay and flashings, and you get a fixed price after a free site visit.

We lay new roofs and renovate existing ones in clay tiles, steel and roofing felt for private and business clients across Denmark, from Copenhagen and Zealand to Funen and Jutland. We also repair leaking roofs and insulate lofts.
A roof is only as tight as the details you cannot see from the ground. That is why we focus on the underlay, the battens and tight flashings around chimneys, roof windows and dormers.
During the site visit we look at the condition and structure of the roof and give you an honest view on whether it can be repaired or whether it is time for a new one.

Questions about roofing
What does a new roof cost?

What does a roof renovation include?
Typically removal of the old covering, new battens, new underlay, a new roof covering and tight flashings. We work out what your roof needs during the site visit.
Which type of roof should I choose?
It depends on the structure of the house, the roof pitch and the look you want. Clay tiles are heavy and classic, steel is light, and roofing felt is mainly used on flat and low-pitched roofs. We go through the options with you at the site visit.
Can you repair a leaking roof?
Yes. We find the cause of the leak and repair the roof, for example at the flashings or the underlay. You get the price after a free site visit.
Do you insulate lofts?
Yes. We insulate lofts, ideally together with a new roof, so everything is done in one go.
