A full renovation costs from DKK 1,995 per m² of floor area incl. VAT and covers demolition, rebuilding, painting and finishing. Smaller jobs and flat refurbishments are priced after a free site visit.
We renovate and refurbish houses, flats and commercial spaces across Denmark, from Copenhagen and Zealand to Funen and Jutland. The job can be a single room or a full renovation of the whole home.
Because we fit floors, lay tiles and build ourselves, you get one company and one site manager for the whole renovation. That means fewer handovers, a clear timeline and one person to call.
If a flat needs refurbishing before moving in, selling or letting, we go through it with you and give a fixed price for the work needed.

Questions about renovation
What does a full renovation cost per m²?
A full renovation costs from DKK 1,995 per m² of floor area incl. VAT. An 80 m² flat therefore starts at DKK 159,600, and you get the fixed price after a free site visit.
What is the difference between renovation and refurbishment?
Refurbishment is usually about putting a home back in good condition, for example with painting, floors and minor repairs. A renovation goes further and can include demolition and rebuilding rooms.
Can you refurbish a flat before moving in or selling?
Yes. We go through the flat with you and give a fixed price for the work needed, for example painting, floors and the bathroom.
Can we live in the home during the renovation?
It depends on the scope. For a full renovation it is often easiest to move out, while smaller jobs can be done room by room, and we plan this with you at the site visit.
Do you renovate commercial spaces too?
Yes. We renovate both homes and commercial spaces across Denmark.
