We build new houses and extensions from foundation to turnkey handover, from DKK 16,995 per m² of built area incl. VAT. You have one dedicated site manager for the whole job and a fixed price agreed before we start.
Whether you are building a new house or adding an extension, you get one company and one responsibility from the first spade in the ground to handover. We build for private and business clients across Denmark, from Copenhagen and Zealand to Funen and Jutland.
Your dedicated site manager, Arvīds Lapsa, is your contact from the first site visit to the finished project. He keeps track of the timeline and makes sure the build follows the agreement and the Danish Building Regulations (BR18).
Because we also fit floors, tiles and roofs, we can take on the whole build, finish included, under one agreement.

Questions about house building
What does it cost to build a house per m²?
House building costs from DKK 16,995 per m² of built area incl. VAT for a turnkey handover. A 150 m² house therefore starts at about DKK 2.55 million, and you get the fixed price after a free site visit.
What does an extension cost?
Extensions are also priced from DKK 16,995 per m² of built area. Small extensions can cost more per m², because foundations, roof and the connection to the existing house make up a larger share of the total.
Does an extension need planning permission?
It depends on the size, use and position, and the local council decides. We go through it with you at the site visit.
Who is responsible during the build?
You have one dedicated site manager, Arvīds Lapsa, for the whole job. He is your contact from the first site visit to handover.
Do you also build for businesses?
Yes. We build for both private and business clients across Denmark.
